Khloe Kardashian is officially a mom!

Khloe delivered a baby girl early Thursday morning — around 4 AM EDT — at the Hillcrest hospital at Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

Kourtney, Kim, Kris and Khloe’s BFF Malika were by her side during the birth. Tristan Thompson was also there.

A security officer has been assigned to stand guard outside her room.

Khloe hasn’t chosen a name for her baby girl just yet, but she is so happy for her safe arrival.
