Khloe Kardashian‘s best friend Malika Haaq is in some serious trouble.
RadarOnline.com can confirm that the frequent Keeping Up With the Kardashians guest star, 32, was arrested for DUI last night in Los Angeles.
“At 3 a.m, CHP received a call of a black Mercedes Benz blocking the lanes on Northbound 101 due to an accident,” California Highway Patrol Officer Ibarra exclusively tells Radar. “After failing a sobriety test, Haqq was arrested at 4:18 am.”
The Dash Dolls star sustained minor injuries in the accident, the officer adds.
She was transferred to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys division for booking.
According to a Sheriff’s Department document obtained by Radar, she was bailed out of jail for $30,000 just before noon west coast time.
Haqq has not commented about the scary accident or arrest on her social media pages.
The brunette beauty made headlines when she drunkenly made out with Kardashian while clubbing in Las Vegas just before New Year’s Eve 2015.
>UPDATES: Malika Haqq Breaks Her Silence After DUI Arrest
Malika Haqq is breaking her silence after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
In a Twitter post shared with her fans Saturday afternoon, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Dash Dolls star expressed remorse for her actions earlier in the week.
“I never imagined I would have to apologize for poor behavior and today I am thankful to be alive to say I’m sorry for my actions,” she wrote. “My bruises don’t meet my shame.”
She continued, “Learn from the error in my ways…Save others, Save yourself. #BeSafe.”
The 32-year-old was booked at Valley Jail in Van Nuys, Calif., Thursday morning after California Highway Patrol responded to a traffic collision involving the star’s black Mercedes.
Officers confirmed to E! News that Malika sustained minor injuries and “was under the influence of alcohol.”
Soon after the incident, Malika’s twin sister Khadijah Haqq McCray released an exclusive statement to E! News.
“We all go through rough patches and this has been a difficult year for my sister,” the statement read. “Malika understands the gravity of her actions and deeply apologizes. At this time, we will deal with this as a family.”
