Khloé Kardashian, 36, raked in a cool $15.5 million for the property — more than double the $7.2 million she paid for it six years ago — in an off-market deal. The Good American designer originally listed the house for $18.95 million, PEOPLE confirms.

The estate now holds the record for the highest price per square foot of any home ever sold in Calabasas.

The Kardashian family’s longtime realtor, Tomer Fridman, held the listing. He was not available for comment.

It was reported that Kardashian was selling the property in May, when Fridman teased a new listing that he was handling while appearing on an episode of Real Talk on IGTV on May 25. While he wouldn’t say for certain at the time who the listing belonged to, it was clear based on all of his details that it is was Kardashian’s not-so-humble abode.

Describing the house to Real Talk host Alexander Ali, Fridman explained that the 11,000-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival mansion is located in The Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas, and was set to be listed for $18.95 million. (It’s unclear whether the home ever actually went on the market for $18.95 million, or if it was always held off market.)

“It has real Hollywood history,” Fridman said of the house at the time. “It was owned, initially when it was built, by the ex-wife of an uber celebrity, he bought it for her in the divorce…. Then we sold it to a very young pop star, who is very famous still to this day.”

“A famous celebrity comedian and then a young pop star,” Ali reiterated back to Fridman in the clip.

“And then from the young pop star, when he wanted to move on I sold it to one of my favorite, favorite, favorite clients, who I cannot mention her name,” Fridman continued. “But the house was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, and it was actually her and her sister who lives down the street. So they were both featured on the cover of Architectural Digest and in a significant spread featuring this house and her sister’s house.”

Fridman also went on to say that the home was decorated by designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard — another Kardashian-Jenner favorite — a fact that is also confirmed in the AD story. He also explained that the home had renovations done by designers Waldo Fernandez and Tommy Clements last year.

Photos of the home shared on Real Talk matched those in the AD story, and the outside of the home and the luxurious backyard are recognizable from scenes on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Kardashian has moved to the nearby guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, where she and Tristan Thompson recently agreed to pay an eight figure sum for an all-new modern farmhouse-style mansion that happens to sit right next door to Kris Jenner’s new house.

Who is the new buyer of Khloé Kardashian’s house?

The buyer, who has already announced his purchase via Instagram — naturally — is Dhar Mann, the cosmetics entrepreneur turned YouTube-famous lifestyle guru and vlogger. For the last several months, Mann and his partner Laura Gurrola have been documenting their house hunt on social media; the growing family welcomed their first child earlier this year.

As for Mann, he founded the LiveGlam beauty subscription company, which — for $19.99 per month — sends its users a monthly box of makeup products. On YouTube, Mann has more than 3.2 million subscribers on his main channel alone, and has amassed nearly 1 billion lifetime video views.
