(VIDEO) Khloé Reveals How She Stays in Shape: ‘Cardio Is a Must’

ExtraTV.com: Khloé Kardashian is looking hotter than ever!

The reality star joined her mom, Kris Jenner, for the re-opening of Williams-Sonoma at The Commons Calabasas and talked to « Extra’s » Terri Seymour about how she stays in shape.

Khloé explained,

« I would rather work out for hours and eat what I want. I mean, in moderation. Kourtney … has more disciplined eating habits, where I’m like, ‘No, I want a piece of pizza or a drink,’ but I can work out for hours. »

The 31-year-old is not messing around when it comes to her workout regimen, saying she begins her day at 5:30 a.m.

When she hits the gym,

« Sometimes it’s an hour and a half, sometimes it’s an hour, and I love to spin … sometimes I do an hour of cardio … three times a week, I try to do an hour of cardio and then an hour of circuit training. I try. » She added, “Cardio is a must; I love dripping wet. I’m not someone like, ‘‘I have to be cute at the gym.’ No, I am there to sweat and look crazy ’cause then I feel accomplished and that hour was worth it. »

Khloé is working with famed trainer Gunnar Peterson as well as hitting up Cycle House, Soul Cycle, and Equinox.
